1. About Our Services

DraftingDone is a legal document preparation company. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice or representation in court. Our role is limited to preparing documents based on the information provided by the client. Because our services are customized to each client’s needs, refunds are limited once work has started.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same service, a full refund of the duplicate payment will be provided.
Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you cancel your order before any work has started, you may be eligible for a refund minus a $25 administrative fee.
Error by DraftingDone: If we make an error that prevents completion of your document and cannot promptly correct it, a partial or full refund may be considered.

Refunds are not guaranteed once document preparation has begun, as our services are personalized and labor-based.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under these circumstances:

Work on your order has already begun.
You fail to provide necessary information or documentation.
You change your mind after services have started.
Dissatisfaction with a document that was prepared according to your own instructions or details.
Delays caused by third parties, such as courts, agencies, or postal services.

4. Corrections and Revisions

If you identify an error caused by DraftingDone, we will correct it at no additional charge.
If you request changes or revisions due to updated or inaccurate information that you originally provided, additional fees may apply.

5. Payment Disputes

If you believe you were billed in error, please contact us immediately at support@draftingdone.com. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may delay or complicate resolution.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@draftingdone.com within 7 calendar days of purchase and include:

Your full name
Order number
Date of payment
Reason for refund request

Refunds that are approved will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
